Tom Wilken, MS, SPHR

Tom Wilken is a seasoned Human Resources executive with a proven track record to transform and develop a Human Resources function that supports the organizational mission and strategic vision. In his almost 30 years in Human Resources, Tom has led all areas of Human Resources including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, HR Information Systems and Analytics, as well as talent management and employee relations.

Tom has consistently identified employee benefit cost containment strategies that provided year over year savings through the use of program and plan design. Additionally, Tom has achieved success in decreasing organizational labor cost. Tom has worked with multiple organizations who have a desire to improve the engagement of their employees as well as develop a strong, inclusive, and transparent culture.
